CODE OF CONDUCT

In order for the NSW-TV Streams, Forums, and chat network to ensure your experience is easy and enjoyable, there are a number of simple guidelines to be followed. NSW-TV is a free-based network with streams (EXCEPT PREMIUM STREAMS), forums, chat and will be for their users.

NSW-TV shall do its best to provide you with an enjoyable experience, in an environment where you can feel safe, have a good time and enjoy yourself in the chat room and forum.

NSW-TV does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, quality or integrity of any information transmitted on the service. Parents should be aware that NSW-TV does not guarantee that the content in chat rooms is suitable for chatters under the age of 13 and therefore should have the consent of a parent before entering the site. We also recommend that anyone under the age of 18 be supervised by an adult or guardian.

NSW-TV shall not be liable for any transmitted contents, its use, its loss, its errors or any damage sustained as a result of that use or transmission. By entering a NSW-TV chat room, you shall be subject to being kicked out, being made a spectator, banned or being 'server banned' from the entire Chat Channel because of your own behavior or actions. NSW-TV, in no way, shall be held responsible for the actions we as staff may take to help make NSW-TV a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.

NSW-TV will also not be liable for any transmitted content, its use, its loss, its errors or any damage sustained as a result of its use or transmission.

Refund/Subscription Policy

Premium Streams are NON Refundable. Sorry but we can not guarantee streams will be accurate due to any transmission failures or glitches.

Also Premium Streams are NON Refundable to those who are banned from our services. You agreed to our Code of Conduct when you signed up so there for we are not responsible for your behavior.

Know the Rules

Talking in a chat room is like walking into a room full of strangers, therefore normal social manners apply. It is inappropriate to enter a room, swearing or being abusive to other Chatters, Mods and Staff. Remember that others in the channel are real people too. No one needs to be subjected to delinquent behavior.

We ask that you please treat every online participant with respect, DO NOT use our chat or site service to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse other users in the chat rooms on our chat service. If you are caught doing this, it may result in being “server banned” from the entire chat network and having your account deleted. If this behavior continues, all information may be passed onto the relevant authorities.

Do not impersonate a NSW-TV Host, NSW-TV Staff Employee or any other chatter as this may result in being server banned, and is a very serious violation of our code of conduct. Spamming others on our chat channel is another serious violation. Spam includes sending identical and irrelevant or unsolicited submissions to many different users, and includes misrepresenting the source of anything you post. Spamming and scrolling in our chat channel are serious violations of online etiquette. We shall, however, allow you to post links ONLY WITH MODS and STAFFS permission that represents our Group, Site etc. However, this link cannot contain any other Streams network and doing so may result in you being banned.

Interference with NSW-TV Mods and Staff incidents, decisions or abilities to do their jobs may result in a server ban for a short or long term. NSW-TV Staff will not engage in discussion about disruptive individuals and or IRobot bans unless you are the individual directly affected.

The following nicknames shall be considered to be against NSW-TV Code Of Conduct as they can be interpreted as a problem, either being directed towards other chatters or even disrupting a NSW-TV chat room and shall not be tolerated and will result in you being server banned:

The use of returning / flooding names with swear words, sexual innuendo, the use of Admin, Mod or staff in any form of a chat nickname. The cloning of another user’s nickname.

Also we at NSW-TV will not allow such behavior, chat names, content and/or including derogatory comments related to or referring to but not limited to the following :

Illegal activities, nicknames with any profanity, sexually explicit language, sexual innuendo, drug references, racial, ethnic or religious slurs, idle threats towards chatters, host, Mods and/or NSW-TV Staff Members.

You shall not use our Network or Chat to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or discussion. This includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, bestiality, incest , software piracy, linking to external sites, and harassment. Absolutely NO DRUG TALK ALLOWED!!!

For you to post or promote any materials that could harm or disrupt another user's computer or would allow others to inappropriately access software or web sites is strictly forbidden and may result in you being server banned from the network and your account being deleted.

Your Personal Information

NSW-TV shall not be held responsible if, by your own doing, your information is given out to others. We strongly caution you against giving out any personally identifiable information in our chat rooms. We advise that you “NEVER” to give out any type of personal information to other chatters. This information includes your address, telephone number, first and last name or any other information that may give away personal details about yourself. Please be a safe and a smart chatter to protect your identity online.
